- Each print is made to order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on volume) from the date of dispatch to receive your print.
- Acrylic print shipping costs within South Africa is R350 per order. Shipping for international orders will be confirmed upon order.

Kaila ships her prints via Aramex Express, door-to-door within South Africa.

General Information
You’ll receive a shipment notification and tracking number upon dispatch.
Please double‑check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. You can edit your address within 5 days of purchase via the link in your confirmation email. Once dispatched, no further amendments can be made. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will incur standard re‑shipment fees.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at kailakastis@gmail.com with your order number and name, and we’ll investigate.
Acrylic Prints
As each print is part of a numbered, limited edition series by Kaila Kastis, we are unable to accept returns. This preserves the integrity and collectable value of every edition.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kailakastis@gmail.co.za with photos of the damaged artwork. We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no extra cost.
