General Information
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped via The Courier Guy’s portal.
Please double‑check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. You can edit your address within 5 days of purchase via the link in your confirmation email. Once dispatched, no further amendments can be made. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will incur standard re‑shipment fees.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at kailakastis@gmail.com with your order number and name, and we’ll investigate.
Paintings
As each painting is a one-of-a-kind original by Kaila Kastis, returns are not accepted. This ensures the authenticity and uniqueness of every piece remains intact.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kailakastis@gmail.co.za with photos of the damaged artwork. We’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no extra cost.
Exchanges
Due to the limited and intentional nature of Kaila Kastis’s production, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items.
