South African orders or commissions: Please allow 3–7 business days (depending on volume) from the date of dispatch to receive your artwork. International orders or commissions: Shipping timeframes will be confirmed individually upon order.

Please double‑check your delivery address and contact details at checkout. You can edit your address within 5 days of purchase via the link in your confirmation email. Once dispatched, no further amendments can be made. Returned parcels due to incorrect addresses will incur standard re‑shipment fees.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to activate.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at kailakastis@gmail.com with your order number and name, and we’ll look into it.
